Assessors to Conduct Cyclical Inspections on Tax Maps 11, 12, 19 & 20

In an effort to maintain fair and equitable assessments for all properties, Municipal Resources, Inc. (Town’s Assessors Agent), is performing a cyclical review of all properties in the Town.  They will visit roughly 25% of the properties each year to check for accurate measurements and to verify all pertinent data of each improvement.

The current round of inspections will take place within Tax Maps 11, 12, 19 & 20, beginning June 3, 2021. If you are unsure of whether your property will be included in these inspections, please refer to the tax maps attached below.
