York Region Chamber of Commerce Seeking Nominations for Kittery Citizen, Volunteer and Business of the Year

The Town of Kittery and York Region Chamber of Commerce are excited to announce that nominations are open for Kittery Citizen, Volunteer and Business of the Year Awards. 

If you know someone that deserves recognition for their efforts and dedication to the community, please consider nominating them.  Recipients will receive an award at the annual banquet, and have their good deeds publicized through the Chamber, in local newspapers and throughout the Town.

• To nominate someone for Kittery Citizen of the Year, please complete and submit the nomination form found here.  
  • The Citizen Award focuses on a citizen who gives their time and talent for the benefit of the Kittery community.
• To nominate someone for Kittery Volunteer of the Year, please complete and submit the nomination form found here.
  • The Volunteer Award focuses on an individual that contributes to a particular event, a particular goal, or a certain number of hours or years of service donated to a non-profit organization. The awards can be given to an individual or a team.
• To nominate someone for Kittery Business of the Year, please complete and submit the nomination form found here.
  • The Business Award recognizes notable entrepreneurial and business accomplishments that contribute and promote the economic growth, stability, and improvement of the community.

The deadline to submit nomination forms is November 1, 2023.
