Town of Kittery Launches SeeClickFix!

The Town of Kittery is excited to announce the launch of SeeClickFix, a new platform that allows residents to report non-emergency service requests.

Beginning Tuesday, April 19, 2022, Kittery residents will have the ability to use SeeClickFix to submit service requests using their mobile devices and computers.  The reports will be sent directly to the appropriate Town department(s) for follow-up and users will receive real-time updates on the Town’s progress addressing the issue.  

The SeeClickFix mobile app is now available for download on Android and iPhone devices. In addition to the mobile apps, residents can submit reports on the Town of Kittery website portal, located at www.kitteryme.gov/seeclickfix.


How Do I Use SeeClickFix?

Desktop:

The SeeClickFix portal on the Town of Kittery homepage located here, allows users to make service requests and view issues reported by other users.

To report an issue:

  • Click new request
  • Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the exact address
  • Click confirm location
  • Choose a service request category from the drop-down menu that matches your concern/request
  • Add photo if available, or click no photo
  • Enter a description and answer the related questions
  • Click confirm details

Once a request has been submitted, the user will receive email communication acknowledging their service request. Users may follow the progress of their service request online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, the user will be notified by email.

Mobile:

The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone devices.  To download the app onto your mobile device, click one of the links above, or visit the AppStore on your device. 

Once downloaded, users can create an account or submit a request as a guest.  The mobile app includes an option to snap and submit a photo of the issue with your device. The app also has the ability to use your location data to geo-locate the location of the issue/concern.

Support:

Town staff respond to SeeClickFix requests during regular business hours.  If a service request comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be acknowledged as soon as possible during regular business hours.
