Shipyard Testing Speaker System Today - Thursday, January 31

Today, Thursday, January 31, 2019, the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard will be conducting a scheduled maintenance test of their speaker system in the morning hours.
Please be aware and prepared, as those in the immediate area may hear a loud voice over the PA system from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
