Request for Proposals - Recodification of Town Code Title 16

The Town of Kittery is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in zoning and development regulations to lead a process resulting in the preparation of a new Land Use and Development Code for the Town.

Responses are due Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.

Responses received after the submission deadline will not be accepted by the Town.  For a complete description, and instructions on how to submit a proposal, please visit the Bids & Proposals page which can be found here.  Once on that page, click "Recodification of Town Code Title 16 - Land Use and Development Code", complete the form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen.  From there you will gain access to the electronic Request for Proposals, which contains all the relevant information needed to submit a proposal.
