Request for Proposal Kittery

The Town of Kittery seeks a full-service company to manage the Town’s geographic information systems (GIS), to include online mapping software and physical maps for the Planning & Development Department. The company will implement, host, and maintain an online geographic information system (GIS) to provide the general public with access to parcel data and other attributes, tax map information, and integration with other third-party software (permitting, assessing, etc.). Additionally, the Town is seeking a mapping project to fit new orthographic images to parcel data by recompiling and aligning said parcels with the imagery and to migrate parcel data to into the industry standard ESRI geodatabase format.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Company’s name and “Geographic Information Systems Management” on the outside. Electronic format of proposals will not be accepted.  Each price proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the proposal package, clearly marked with the Company’s name and “Geographic Information Systems Management Price Proposal” on the outside.

The deadline for sealed proposals is July 25, 2019, by 10:00 AM.  Proposals should be delivered to:
