NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KITTERY TOWN COUNCIL
April 11, 2022 – 6:00 PM
Town Hall - Council Chambers

The public may submit public comments for the DISCUSSION agenda item via email, US Mail, or by dropping written comments off at Town Hall. Emailed comments should be sent to TownComments@kitteryme.org.

The public may also participate in the meeting via Zoom webinar. Register in advance for the webinar at:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Webinar participants will be able to submit questions and comments during a public hearing.

Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be posted online with the agenda, and may be read into the record by the Council Chair.

The Kittery Town Council will hold a public hearings on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:

• To Authorize the Lease of Fire Apparatus
• Title 16 – Solar Energy Systems Amendments
• Title 16 – Affordable Housing BL and BL1 Amendments
• New Victualer’s License application – The Sandwich Monstahh, Mobile Food Unit
