Public Hearing Notice - Port Authority - 8/2/18

The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold a Public Hearing on an application from:

• Dirk and Marnie Ruemanapp, 25 Oak Terrace, Kittery, ME 03904, (Map 2, Lot 4) to replace the existing docking structure and access way with a smaller docking structure within the same foot print.
  • The existing bulkhead will be replaced in-kind
  • The existing 5’ x 25.7’ fixed wharf will be replaced in-kind
  • Existing 8’ x 42.25’ fixed pier will be replaced with a 4’ x 15’ fixed pier
  • Existing 8’x 25’ float will be replaced with a 10’ x 20’ float
  • A new 4’ x 30’ gangway will be added
• Agent: Riverside and Pickering Marine.
