NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KITTERY PLANNING BOARD

March 12, 2024 – 6:00 PM
Town Hall - Council Chambers

The public may submit public comments for the Public Hearing agenda item via email, US Mail or by dropping written comments off at Town Hall.  Emailed comments should be sent to mzakian@kitteryme.org.

The public may participate in the meeting in-person or via Zoom webinar.  Register in advance for the webinar at:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Webinar participants will be able to submit questions and comments during a public hearing.

Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be posted online with the agenda and may be read into the record by the Planning Board Chair


The Kittery Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Kittery Town Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:

  • Pursuant to §16.4 Land Use Regulations and §16.7 General Development Requirements of the Town of Kittery Land Use and Development Code, Geoff Aleva, on behalf of owner/applicants 90 US Route 1 LLC, requests approval to develop a hotel with 62 rooms and associated parking and utilities on the property of 90 US Route 1, Tax Map 14, Lot 2, in the Bypass-Old Post Road Commercial (C-3) Zone.
