Public Hearing Notice - KPA - 8/1/19

The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 6:00 PM for the following items:

• An application from The Town of Kittery 6 Bellamy Lane (lot, 27, Map 49A) to add an additional 8’ x 29.75’ float to the existing Transient pier structure for additional dinghy space.
• To make changes to the Kittery Port Authority Rules and Regulations as follows;
  • 3.12 – Moored Floats
  • 3.13 – Outhals
  • TBD – Swim Floats
