Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Training Exercise - Wednesday, April 3, 2024

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard will conduct routine emergency response training from approximately 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

As part of the training exercise, the Shipyard will utilize the public address loudspeaker, known as the Giant Voice.  No action is required by the public as these transmissions are part of the training.  

Due to the location of the training, some members of the public may see emergency response personnel responding to this event.

This is not in response to any specific threat, but is regularly scheduled training.
