New Online Payment System Launches for Real Estate/Personal Property Tax & Sewer Billing

Kittery Launches New Online Payment System

The Town of Kittery is excited to announce the launch of a new online payment system for Real Estate, Personal Property Tax and Sewer billing.  Beginning with the third Real Estate and Personal Property billing installments, residents and business owners will have access to a wide variety of new features and services that will make paying and viewing tax and sewer bills more convenient and efficient.

The new system will provide features such as:

  • Go Green: Register to get notifications when new bills are available online and schedule automatic payments so you never miss a deadline.
  • Easy Searching:  Search for Real Estate/Personal Property bills, without needing a bill number.  The search feature works with your name or address.
  • Balance Inquiries: Get instant balance calculations, including any interest owed, at any time.  No need to call or come to Town Hall.
  • Single Shopping Cart: Pay multiple bills at once with a single shopping cart for multiple bill types.
  • Keeping Records: View and print bill copies for the current or past fiscal year(s) for your records.
  • Payment Options: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or e-check.
