Invitation for Bids - Town of Kittery Surplus Equipment & Vehicles

The Town of Kittery (Town) is accepting sealed bids (IFB) for the sale of surplus equipment/vehicles.  The surplus equipment/vehicles are being sold individually and will be sold in “as is” condition.  Per the Town’s Disposal of Property Ordinance (3.2.10), the Town must seek competitive bids for the surplus of property. 

Equipment/vehicles may be viewed at the Public Works Facility, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery ME 03904 and the Resource Recovery Facility, located at 1 Mackenzie Lane, Kittery, Maine 03904.  To request a reasonable accommodation to view the equipment/vehicles, please contact Commissioner of Public Works, David Rich at 207-439-0333.

Sealed bids will be received in the Town Manager's office at Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904 until 1:00 PM on April 10, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No facsimiles or emailed bids will be accepted.
