Invitation for Bids - 2019-2020 Aggregates

Invitation to Bid Kittery

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for 2019-2020 aggregates, Kittery, Maine.

Sealed bids will be received by the Town Manager’s Office, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904 until 10:00 AM on April 25, 2019.  Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “2019-2020 Aggregate Materials” on the outside. Bids received prior to the time established for the opening will be securely kept and unopened. No responsibility will be attached to the Town for the premature opening of a Bid not properly marked or identified.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the IFB and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed in writing to the following.  No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone:
