Compensation and Classification Study RFP - Administration and Clerical Positions

Request for Proposal Kittery

The Town of Kittery seeks a consultant to conduct a classification and compensation study of the Town’s current administration and clerical positions. The consultant will also work with the Town to develop a classification system the Town can utilize to promote and support a fair and equitable classification plan going forward.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Consultant’s name and “Compensation and Classification Study” on the outside. Electronic proposals will not be accepted. Each price proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the proposal package, clearly marked with the Consultant’s name and “Compensation and Classification Study Price Proposal” on the outside.

The deadline for sealed proposals is August 13, 2019, by 10:00 AM.  Proposals should be delivered to:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
