Tree Replanting & Invasive Species Removal Project

The Town of Kittery is seeking bid proposals from qualified landscape professionals to complete a tree replanting and invasive species removal project. Please review the attached drawing for the scope of the project, including plant list. The selected consultant will need to establish an allowance for the cutting and dabbing of the buckthorn plants as indicated on the plan and must include measures for temporary irrigation for the replanting. Please note that access to the planting site will be through the existing tall grass meadow and the contractor shall create that path.

**Bid Proposals are due by 2:00pm on Thursday 4/12/18.**  Email submission of bid proposals to jkellogg@kitteryme.org is preferred, though can be mailed to the address below:

Consultant selection will be made by 2:00pm on 4/19/18 and the consultant selected will be required to enter into a contract with the Town of Kittery and provide proof of liability insurance prior to work commencing.
