Title 16: Land Use & Development Code Update

On January 24, 2022, the Kittery Town Council unanimously adopted the proposed recodification of Title 16: Land Use & Development Code. The updated Title 16: Land Use & Development Code is effective February 24, 2022.
The updated code may be viewed or downloaded here. In the coming months, the updated code will be incorporated into the Town's online code library which can be found by clicking here.
