Fort Foster is Preparing to Open for the Official 2023 Season!
Fort Foster Park will reopen for weekends only from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, beginning Saturday May 6, 2023 and throughout the month of May. The gate will remain closed during the week with limited parking outside the park on Pocahontas Road for walk-in access. From Memorial Day (May 29) through Labor Day (September 4), the park will be open daily for its regular season.
Get your Fort Foster Season Pass today, so you’re ready for opening day! Fort Foster passes can be purchased at the Kittery Town Hall Customer Service Center:
- Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursdays from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fridays from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Season Passes can also be purchased online, saving you a trip to Town Hall. To request a Season Pass, please click here. Please note: Season passes purchased online will be sent via standard mail and may take a few days to arrive. Anyone who has purchased a Season Pass online is encouraged to print or take a screenshot of their receipt/confirmation of purchase. The receipt/confirmation may be used to enter the park until the Season Pass arrives.
Fort Foster Park Day Passes will become available on May 6, 2023 and may be purchased at the park gate.
