The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (equipment, labor and materials inclusive) for the implementation of the Rice Library information technology infrastructure, in Kittery, Maine.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Rice Library IT Infrastructure” on the outside.  Each bid shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified.  Sealed bids will be received by the Town Manager’s Office, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904 until 10:00 AM on July 1, 2021.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the IFB and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed in writing to the following.  No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.
