The Town Planning and Development Department has entered the Facebook world!
In an effort to better connect with the residents of Kittery, the Town Planning and Development Department has created a page on Facebook. The goal of this project is to better inform and educate the public on current issues, plans and opportunities to get involved in within the community.

APPLY FOR LAND USE PERMITS ONLINE NOW AT
The Town Planning and Development and Code Enforcement Departments are proud to introduce a new and innovative web based permitting system for land use and development applications. These services provide Kittery residents and developers a streamlined application process aimed improving customer service by providing expedited review time, 24 hour access to the application status, and convenience by eliminating the need for inconvenient trips to Town Hall or the Post Office. |

Features of the new site.
- Ability to view and navigate within the Town's GIS layers and basemap
- Ability to measure distances and areas
- Ability to search parcels by owner, address and parcel ID
- Ability to create abutters lists and export those to Excel or generate mailing labels
- Ability to create and print GIS maps
Old Site available until December 31st, 2011
On these site you can look up your own property, find abutters to your property and determine the zone in which your property is located. You can make your own maps or you can view and download a variety of maps that town staff have prepared for you in advance. |
