Customer Service Center & Town Clerk's Office Closed on March 5, 2024
Due to Presidential Primary Election operations, the Town Clerk's Office and Customer Service Center will be closed on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The Town Clerk's Office and Customer Service Center will resume regular business hours the following day, Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
Many of the services offered in the Town Clerk’s office such as vital records requests, licenses and registrations are available online on the Town Clerk's page, which can be accessed by clicking here.
Returning Absentee Ballots
Completed absentee ballots may be returned using the secure drop box at the entrance to Town Hall or mailed to Town Hall at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03908 (recommended postage is $0.68).
The Town Clerk will not be accepting any absentee ballots at Town Hall on Election Day (March 5, 2024). If returning an absentee ballot on Election Day, please bring the ballot directly to the polls at the Kittery Community Center Gymnasium, located at 120 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME. All absentee ballots must be received by 8:00 PM on Election Day.
