Request for Proposals - Design Services - Rice Public Library Renovation and Expansion

The Town of Kittery is currently accepting proposals to establish a contract agreement (labor and materials inclusive) for the comprehensive design and engineering services for the renovation and expansion of the Rice Public Library building, located at 8 Wentworth Street in Kittery, Maine.  

Sealed responses are due no later than 3:00 PM on November 8, 2018 and should be delivered to the Town Manager's Office in Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the existing Rice Public Library, 8 Wentworth Street in Kittery, Maine on Tuesday, October 23 at 2:00 PM. Proposals will not be accepted from firms who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. All firms interested must register in advance with Suzanne Esposito at the Town of Kittery, (207) 475-1309 or sesposito@kitteryme.org. It is requested that each firm, or in the case of teams, the lead firm, limit team attendance to (3) three people, due to space constraints.
