The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, to consider the following:

• To approve and ordain the adoption of the recodification of the Kittery Town Code.
• To approve an application from Bapashree of New England Inc. for a Victualer’s License for the 7’Eleven at 169 State Road, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application from Thai & I Corporation for a Victualer’s License for Thai and I Restaurant at 340 US-1, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application from Thai & I Corporation for a Malt and Vinous Liquor License for Thai & I restaurant at 340 US-1, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application from Suzanne’s Village Café + Bistro LLC. for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for Misto! at 436 US Rte 1, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application from Maine Ocean Lobster, LLC for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for The Pointe at 31 Badgers Island West, Kittery, Maine.
• To approve an application for Capital Video Corporation for a Viewing Booth License for Amazing.Net at 92 Route 236, Kittery, Maine.
