NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KITTERY TOWN COUNCIL

February 28, 2022 – 6:00 PM
Town Hall - Council Chambers

Due to the current public health emergency, this meeting will be held remotely in accordance with 1 MRS §403-B and Town Policy. The public may submit public comments for the DISCUSSION agenda item via email, US Mail, or by dropping written comments off at Town Hall. Emailed comments should be sent to TownComments@kitteryme.org.

The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom webinar. Register in advance for the webinar at:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Webinar participants will be able to submit questions and comments during a public hearing.

Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be posted online with the agenda, and may be read into the record by the Council Chair.


The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings at 6:00 PM via Zoom on February 28, 2022 to consider the following:

  • Kittery Food Truck Pod – New Victualer’s application
  • Kittery Food Truck Pod – New Liquor License application
  • Sale of the Taylor Building to the Kittery Art Association
