PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at 200 Rogers Road, to consider the following:

• To approve an application from Stateline Restaurant LLC, 1 Middle Street, Suite 1, Portsmouth, NH for a Victualer's License for Ornell's BBQ, 2 Badger's Island West.
• To approve an application from Stateline Restuarant LLC, 1 Middlet Street, Suite 1, Portsmouth, NH for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for Ornell's BBQ, 2 Badger's Island West.
• To approve an application from The Dance Hall, 7 Walker Street, Kittery, ME for a Special Activity Amusement Permit for The Dance Hall, 7 Walker Street.
