Public Hearing Notice - Town Council - 12/10/18

The Kittery Town Council will hold public hearings on Monday December 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine, to consider the following:

• Amendments to Title 16.8, Article X. Signs – The proposed amendments clarify and update the sign regulations relative to message boards / internal & external lights and timers; numbers and sizes of free-standing signs allowed; temporary signs; sign location; character/appearance and sign permit application/administration procedures.

•  Amendments to Title 16 – Shoreland and Resource Protection Zones – The proposed amendments seek to define drainage structures and address how they should be considered within the code and to address non-conforming structures in both zones.
