The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold public hearings on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904 to consider the following:

• Rules and Regulations language changes: Section 4 Piers Wharves, Floats, and Other Marine-Related Structures; Section 2.5.2 Tying to Public Facilities.
• Application of Christopher Eckel Trust, 3 Knight Ave., Kittery, ME 03904 (Map 4, Lot 70) for reconstruction of existing shed on piers. Agent is Deane Rykerson, Rykerson Architecture. - POSTPONED UNTIL APRIL 2, 2020
