KITTERY PLANNING BOARD

May 22, 2023 - 4:00 PM

The Planning Board shall hold a site walk on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 4:00pm at 1-3 Badgers Island West for a site plan modification review from applicant/ owner Joel Harris, owner of the Buoy Shack restaurant located at 1-3 Badgers Island West (Map 1 Lot 19), proposing to utilize existing off-site parking to increase seating at existing restaurant. The off-site parking lot is located at Foreside Dental, 12 Newmarch St., (Map 3 Lot 8).

May 22, 2023 - 5:00 PM

The Planning Board shall hold a site walk on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 5:00pm at 89 Route 236 for a site plan modification and marijuana business review from applicant/ owner Joshua Seymour of JD Investments, LLC, represented by Mike Sudak of Attar Engineering, proposing to change use of portion of existing commercial building to adult-use marijuana retail and extend sewer main to serve the subject property, located at 89 Route 236, Map 28, Lot 14-2, in the C-2 Commercial zoning district. Applicant also proposes to construct parking improvements that were approved by the Planning Board in 2021.
