Maine Turnpike Authority Road Work - Northbound Lane & Exit 1 Closure on I-95 - Wednesday, February 21, 2024

The Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA) will be completing guardrail maintenance work on the Maine Turnpike (I-95) on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.  

During the maintenance work, there will be a Northbound lane closure of the Maine Turnpike (I-95) from the Maine-New Hampshire border to Exit 1 in Kittery.  Exit 1 will also be closed while the work is being completed.  The lane and exit closure is scheduled from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

In the event of inclement weather, the maintenance work will be rescheduled to take place on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Equipment operation and construction within the confines of roadways is very difficult and safety is always a concern.  Please be aware of those working in the construction area and drive safely.
