Applications Available for the Senior Property Tax Credit

Applications for the Senior Property Tax Credit are now available at Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road. The application is also available online, and can be downloaded by clicking here.  

To qualify for the Senior Property Tax Credit, applicants must:

• Be 70 years of age or older
• Have a household income that does not exceed three hundred percent (300%) of the federal poverty level
• Have a homestead in the Town of Kittery
• Have been a resident of the Town of Kittery for at least ten (10) consecutive years
• Submit a completed application with accompanying documentation 

Completed applications, including all required attachments can be returned to Deputy Tax Collector, Jan Fisk via email at jfisk@kitteryme.org or in person at Town Hall.  The deadline for completed applications is July 1, 2019.
