The Town of Kittery seeks a full-service company to manage the Town’s hardware and various productivity software for the Administration, Police, Fire, Public Works, Wastewater and Kittery Community Center. The company will monitor and improve efficiency and effectiveness of hardware, manage firewalls, networks, directories, and backup services, and provide technical support for the servers, desktops, laptops, and other technology critical to the operation of the Town.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Company’s name and “Information Technology Management” on the outside. Electronic format of proposals will not be accepted.  Each price proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the proposal package, clearly marked with the Company’s name and “Information Technology Management Price Proposal” on the outside.

The deadline for sealed proposals is May 2, 2019, by 10:00 AM.  Proposals should be delivered to:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
