The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for the fabrication of exterior wayfinding signage and donor signage for the Rice Public Library in Kittery, Maine.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Library Exterior and Donor Signage” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
