The Town of Kittery seeks consulting assistance from a qualified landscape design firm to design, develop bid specifications, and provide construction administration services for the Children’s Garden at the Rice Public Library. The Children’s Garden is a donor funded outdoor public space adjacent to
the library building.

The landscape design process will incorporate the goals and objectives of the donors, residents, and patrons of the Library, creating a public space designed for our young community members, their adult companions, and all who carry the wonderment and joy of childhood in their hearts.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Designer’s name and “Rice Public Library Children’s Garden – Design Services” on the outside. Electronic submission of (i.e., via email) will not be accepted.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in‐person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following no later than December 6, 2021:
