The Town of Kittery seeks to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for the construction of landscape improvements and installation of structures for the Children’s Garden at the Rice Public Library in Kittery Maine, at 8 Wentworth Street.  

An optional pre-bid conference will be held on September 20 at 11 AM at the Rice Public Library, 8 Wentworth Street, Kittery Maine.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Library Children’s Garden Construction” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted. Submissions shall consist of 1 hard copy and 1 PDF on a USB drive.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
