The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish price agreements for relocation services required for the Rice Public Library renovation and expansion project. The relocation services will be required to provide packing, moving, and, in some instances, storage for library furniture and materials. 

A site visit to the Rice Public Library Building and the Taylor Building will be conducted on Monday, December 21 at 10:00 AM. Participation is not required in order to submit a proposal, however it is highly recommended.

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Vendor’s name and “Relocation Services – Rice Public Library” on the outside. Electronic format of proposals will not be accepted.
