The Town of Kittery seeks a qualified firm or individual to provide real estate market analysis for the purposes of guiding local land use zoning code development and amendments for specific areas of Kittery.

Qualifications should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Consultant’s name and “Real Estate Market Analysis” on the outside. Electronic submission of (i.e., via email) will not be accepted. Qualification submissions shall consist of 1 hard copy and 1 PDF on a USB drive including all components specified in the Qualification Requirements, such as resumes, examples, rate sheets, and supporting documents.
