The Town of Kittery seeks engineering services from a qualified firm to develop plans for modifications to the Pepperrell Cove marine infrastructure (piers and ramps) that will ensure the coastal resiliency of the site.

Qualifications should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Consultant’s name and “Pepperrell Cove Coastal Resiliency – Engineering Services” on the outside. Electronic submission of (i.e., via email) will not be accepted. Qualification submissions shall consist of 1 hard copy and 1 PDF on a USB drive including all components specified in the Qualification Requirements, such as resumes, examples, rate sheets, and supporting documents.
