Owner's Project Manager Services - IFQ

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Qualifications (IFQ) is to establish a contract for services with a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the construction and renovation of the Rice Public Library, in Kittery, Maine. 

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the Rice Public Library, 8 Wentworth Street, Kittery on October 5, at 9:00 AM. Qualifications will not be accepted from OPMs who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting.

All OPMs interested in attending the mandatory pre-proposal meeting must register in advance with Suzanne Esposito at the Town of Kittery, (207) 475-1309, or at sesposito@kitteryme.org.

Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the OPM’s name and “Owner’s Project Manager Services – Rice Public Library” on the outside. Each price proposal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the proposal package, clearly marked with the OPM’s name and “Owner’s Project Manager Services – Price Proposal” on the outside. The Price Proposal should include the Price Proposal Form included in this IFQ.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone.
