The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for purchase, installation and connection of a generator to the Kittery Municipal Complex and ensuring its proper performance.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “MUNICIPAL COMPLEX GENERATOR” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted.

A pre-bid conference will be held on February 12, 2024 at 11AM at the Kittery Municipal Complex, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery Maine.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
