The Town of Kittery seeks to establish price agreements (equipment, labor, installation setup, and materials inclusive) for the installation of SCADA controls at up to 24 wastewater pump stations.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Pumpstation SCADA Controls” on the outside. Electronic submission (i.e., via email) will not be accepted.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
