The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Qualifications (IFQ) is to select an engineer and establish price agreements for design, bid and construction administration services for the replacement of a sewer pump station serving Kittery and Eliot customers.

Each submission shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Engineer’s name and “Engineering Services – Pump Station Design” on the outside. Electronic submission of qualifications will not be accepted.

Each submission shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
