The Town of Kittery is accepting sealed bids for furnishing two electric passenger vehicles for lease in accordance with the specifications of this Invitation for Bids (IFB). The vehicles will be part of the Town’s fleet and used to transport administrative staff such as the Code Enforcement Officers to job sites, meetings, and inspections.

Qualifications should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Consultant’s name and “Town of Kittery - Electric Passenger Vehicles” on the outside. Qualification submissions shall consist of 1 hard copy and 1 PDF on a USB drive. Price proposals should be submitted in a separately sealed envelope within the proposal package and clearly marked “Price Proposal – Electric Passenger Vehicles”. Do not include the Price Proposal in the PDF version. Electronic submission (i.e., via email) will not be accepted.
