The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for a 24’ x 36’ stick frame storage building in accordance with the specifications of this Invitation for Bids. The Public Works Storage Building will be constructed at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “Public Works Storage Building” on the outside.  Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Town Manager’s Office, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904, no later than 10:00 AM on September 2, 2021.

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the IFB and/or interpretation of specifications during the bidding period shall be addressed in writing to the following. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone:
