The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (Trucking and materials inclusive) for 2024 aggregates, Kittery Maine.  

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “2024 Aggregate Materials” on the outside. Electronic format of bids will not be accepted.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:

Town Manager’s Office

Kittery, ME 03904
DEADLINE: April 11, 2024, 10AM

Unless otherwise specified, questions pertaining to general information regarding the scope of services shall be addressed only in writing. No questions will be answered in-person or via telephone. Questions shall be written and emailed to the following:
