Notary Public Services
The Town Hall Customer Service Center now offers Notary Public services. The service will be offered at our Customer Service Counter, during normal business hours:
- Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Fees
The fee for service is $5.00 per document up to three signatures/seals; thereafter it will be $2.00 per signature/seal.
Additional Information:
- Documents that have been signed prior to arriving at Town Hall, cannot be notarized. All documents must be signed in the presence of the Notary.
- If your document requires witness signatures in addition to notarization, please plan to bring the required number of witnesses with you to the office.
- Witnesses for legal documents cannot be family members.
- A valid photo ID is required for any signers requesting Notary Public services.
Services are dependent on staff availability. Customer Service Center staff reserve the right to refuse notary service at any time.
