Marijuana Licensing

The Town of Kittery will be holding the Marijuana Business License Lottery on Thursday, October 28, 2021, 5 PM, at the Kittery Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery ME. To view the lottery procedures, please click here.

The Town of Kittery will begin accepting applications for Marijuana Licenses on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 8:00 AM. To submit an application, please click here.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to review the Town of Kittery Marijuana License FAQ to assist them with planning and assembling what is needed for applications.  The FAQ can be found here.

The Kittery Town Council adopted the new marijuana ordinances on Monday, August 9, 2021.  The ordinances go into effect on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. To view the adopted ordinances, please click here.
