A Discussion on Affordable & Workforce Housing, hosted by the Kittery Planning Board

February 22nd, 6:00 PM at the Kittery Community Center

Topics included:

  • What affordable and workforce housing is and is not. Discussions by industry experts regarding the needs in this area and the conditions required to make projects successful; from zoning to funding.
  • Panelists that included a local non-profit focused on housing needs in Kittery, affordable housing developers, Maine Housing staff, and others.  The panel was moderated by Matthew Brock.  Brief presentations from each panelist will were followed by Q&A from the moderator and the audience.
