Town Board & Committee Meetings - Participating via Zoom Webinar

Kittery Zoom Webinar

Due to the Declaration of a State of Emergency for the State of Maine and the Town of Kittery, board and committee meetings are being held remotely, in accordance with LD 2167.  To facilitate public participation while meeting remotely, the Town is now utilizing Zoom Webinars to host the meetings.  Zoom webinar participation is free, and accessible via a computer, iPad, smartphone, or other device that can access the internet. 

Participating in a meeting is easy!  For a complete overview of how to sign-up, join the waiting room and participate in a meeting, please review the Zoom Meeting Participant Guide by clicking here.  The guide has everything you need to know about providing comments during the Public Hearing, or Public Discussion portions of a meeting.  

To find out if a board or committee is utilizing Zoom webinar for their meeting, please refer to that board's meeting agenda and/or public hearing notice.  The link to register, and access the webinar will be included in those notices.

Those interested in providing written comments, may continue to do so via the following:

  • Email comments to towncomments@kitteryme.org.
  • Mail comments to Town Hall, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.
  • Put comments in the drop box outside of Town Hall.

Comments must be received by 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting to be included in public comment.
