NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KITTERY PORT AUTHORITY
July 1, 2021 – 6:00 PM
Town Hall - Council Chambers
The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold a public hearing on:
- An application from Scott Moffat, 144 Rogers Road, Kittery, Maine 03904 (Map 22, Lot 31) for the construction of a 6’ x 90’ pier, 3’ x 45’ aluminum ramp, and a 12’ x 30’ float.
