The Kittery Port Authority moves to hold a public hearing on changes to the Kittery Port Authority Rules and Regulations as follows:

• Rules and Regulations update to add clarification and consistency for in-kind repair/replace.
• Appendix A, Fees: addition of in-kind/repair/replace.

Draft of changes and application information are available in hard copy form at the Town Hall Planning Department Office, located at 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904, during regular business hours.
